Natural Health has been my passion ever since I was diagnosed with my first autoimmune disease and got sick of being relegated to the idea that there was no cure for it. I knew my body was capable of healing if I had the right tools. I just needed to figure that out.

Over the past decade I have educated myself, gained many certifications, put into practice many things that have failed, and a few things that have been winners.

I have always had impatience for things that don't work and aren't efficient. I don't buy into the idea that things are not curable. I also don't buy into the idea that our body turns on itself.

My greatest challenge was going through cancer during this time of learning and trying to heal autoimmune things and not quite getting it right. It really blew up in my face!

I always "knew" what I would do if I got cancer (and that I wasn't going to be "that person who got cancer" in the first place!) But when it actually happened (not just to me but my son at the same time :( ) I took it to God and he told me, "Katie, you don't have the tools you need to fight this yet. You need to go through the medical route". This crushed me. But I trusted and I did it. We are both fine now and this time I'm letting God teach me.

Three things that I am so grateful for in my journey is the ability to muscle test and ask my body what is going on. And having this tool while raising 4 kids has been invaluable.

The second thing is Medical Medium and his teachings. I've been through herbalist training and I love herbs, but there were protocols and ideas in that training that have set me back a little. It really ticks me off when I learn and implement things that I find later are doing me more harm than good. Medical Medium has brought clarity to my world with powerful efficient tools that WORK and are from the angels of light. I have studied his teachings and implemented them and I feel so great now!

And lastly, I am so grateful for God. He has guided me and helped me develop gifts that have blessed so many people.
